Congratulations Dan!

We are thrilled to announce the promotion of one of our amazing leaders to GM/VP of HIHR - Higher International Human Resources LLC!

The story that brought us to this place is worth celebrating!

I hit the jack pot about 15 years ago landing Daniel Yarros as my first official boss.

I was new out of school, in the 2009 recession and immediately responsible for a team of 6 department managers and 75 team members. At first, I was a deer in headlights. However, I had Dan in my corner!

Dan was the leader I had for the longest in my career - about 3.5 years in a couple different roles.  He taught me how to effectively lead through others and take great care of a team.

He leads by example, knows how to get results, is one of the kindest and most compassionate people I've ever met.

One of the things I appreciate most is he is an EXPERT at developing and elevating his team. He pushed me (still does), gave honest on-the-spot feedback and taught me how to lead effectively.

So...with that said...our exciting news is... we are honored that Dan Yarros has accepted the position of GM/VP of HIHR LLC! I respect him and love working with him.

Fun Facts:
*We just celebrated Dan's 3-year anniversary with HIHR as one of our Directors. The truth is he has been involved from day one, as an advisor, mentor and friend.

*A special asset Dan brings is he owns and leads a successful benefits/insurance/financial advising business (with SO much integrity and putting people first). He just celebrated 5 years in business!


In closing, our work goes hand in hand and greatly compliments each other. It brings synergy allowing us to help solve many more problems for our clients.

Dan prioritizes our clients and team. Anyone who knows him will agree he is a force! He lives our values of Results - Quality - Trust!

I believe Dan will elevate this role and will free me up to intentionally focus on important elements to further our "Go Higher!" mission.
