Here's to 2025

Our 2025 Business goals are set. Our reviews and development initiatives are launched.

We have recently reorganized and elevated this incredibly talented HIHR Team. We have also expanded our portfolio. We aim to add value to many more individuals and organizations in 2025 and beyond.

I just completed my self-review and development goals. It was awesome to reflect on 2024 and prep for 2025.  It’s crazy how our preferences change as we evolve in this life.

For example, I used to love going to large parties but now much more enjoy small gatherings.

As I/we continue to grow, I've found that living out our values is easy and hard at the same time (as I know many in our community have experienced). We have had to walk away from some pretty significant deals when we learned the values were not a match.  What I continue to learn is… the more we make these hard choices, the more we are working with the right people and the right organizations who are an amazing match.  When you find those who match your values and where you are headed, there is so much synergy and much more is possible! It's also a lot more fun. :)

The Upside is a great example of a values match. They do business with generosity and integrity. Thank you to Erin Halper, Champion of Independent Consultants, and The Upside for the encouragement to spend this time reflecting and processing 2024. We now run at our 2025 goals! Thankful for the amazing community, integrity and shared values you provide!
