​Erika Butler, SHRM-SCP

 CEO
Erika is a SHRM Sr. Certified HR Professional with an M.S. in HR Management and a B.S. in Labor Studies and Employee Relations from Penn State University, and a graduate of the Schreyer Honors College, with 15+ years of leadership, human resources and training experience.  Before working in HR consulting, the majority of her HR experience has been with Thermo Fisher Scientific, Target Corporation and The Walt Disney Company.

Erika founded Higher with the mission of doing business with compassion; because people should be able to do what they love and be there for the people that they love.  She's deeply influenced by her personal faith, and sees Higher as an extension of her calling in life.

Everyone deserves to work in a place where they are valued, respected and free to use their unique talents.  From entry-level employees to CEOs, Erika loves working with all tiers in an organization to shape culture and drive success.

Travis Butler, MBA

Head of Finance
Travis has had a progressive career in Corporate Finance for 12 years with the bulk of his experience at Johnson and Johnson and Novartis.  He supports the financial forecasting and accounting practices for Higher.  He has been instrumental in building and executing the Higher strategy.

He received his B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University and his MBA from St. Josephs University where he finished #1 in his class.

Travis is known for his ability to build strong relationships and his deep care for people.  He is believer in the incredible cost saving and overall performance impact that strong HR leadership has on any business.

Jenn Reinhardt

Sr. Dir of Strategy and Operations
Jenn loves learning all she can about everything she can, and happiest when she has an interesting problem to solve.  She is a "jack-of-all-trades", serving the Higher team as technical and strategic support on a variety of fronts.

Jenn has worked in many industries, but most recently in the non-profit sector, providing training in leadership principles and cross-cultural awareness to high-school and college-age students, and arranging international service tours for young musicians.  She believes that everyone has leadership influence, and she's passionate about helping others learn how to leverage it.

Michael Richards, MBA

HR Director
Michael is an HR professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing HR management goals. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Penn State University and earned his MBA from Wilkes University. Michael has a broad background in various HR functions, including restructuring benefits programs, recruitment strategies, building and re-staffing organizations, standardizing performance management practices and developing other transformational initiatives.

During his career as an HR Executive, Michael has increased GP margins by 10.8% and optimized business efficiency through leading, developing and mentoring highly skilled and dedicated teams for all organizational levels. He has achieved an HR effectiveness rate of 99.8% by envisioning and implementing employee-friendly HR policies and procedures in line with corporate vision.

Sherry Woodbeck

Sr. HR Business Partner
A proud Canadian, living in the Greater Toronto area, Sherry is an experienced Human Resources professional with 18+ years of HR leadership expertise.

Sherry loves HR because she loves working with the people.  "HR is constantly changing and developing!!  Helping to make a difference with employees and organizations through professional development, training and process improvement is extremely rewarding to me".
 
Sherry has a diploma in Child and Youth Studies as well as a Human Resource Management graduate certificate from Durham College.  She currently volunteers on the Lasswade Christian Cemetery Board of Directors as the Secretary/Treasurer

Aurora Brunovsky

Sr. HR Business Partner
Aurora is an HR Professional with over 15 years of HR and leadership experience in Retail, Higher Education, Manufacturing, Pharma and many other industries. She holds a B.S. in Applied Psychology from Penn State University and an M.S. in Community Counseling from the University of Scranton.

​Aurora loves HR because she combines her HR knowledge and background of working with people to see how one's personal life effects their professional life and vice-versa.  She approaches work every day with an employee-first mentality.  She enjoys focusing on the "human" part of Human Resources and believes that what a company pours into their employees, they will get back in the form of hard work and a dedicated workforce.

Aurora is the founder and CEO of Give Back Lehigh Valley Inc., a non-profit that focuses on the needs of, and causes important to, the Lehigh Valley community. Since 2013, Give Back LV has raised over $100,000 for various Lehigh Valley causes and non-profits. Aurora also serves in numerous capacities for organizations like The United Way and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.

Paige Liscka,

HR Business Partner
Paige has over 7 years of HR experience and holds Professional in HR and SHRM Certified Professional certifications.  She graduated from the University of Delaware with degrees in Business Management and Marketing.
 
Paige loves HR because she loves helping and building relationships with others. She believes that great HR professionals have the amazing opportunity to positively influence leadership, workplace culture, and overall employee engagement. She finds no greater satisfaction than watching others succeed and truly be happy at work.
 
Paige currently holds a position on the Philly SHRM Board, and she also enjoys volunteering with Special Olympics and serving at her church.

HR Business Partner
Dan is a business professional with over 20 years of experience in business operations, leadership, and human resources.  Dan holds a B.S. in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business Administration and is a registered financial advisor.  Dan has a broad background in HR including recruiting strategies, implementing competitive benefit and well-being programs, creating a culture of development and accountability, succession planning and employee relations.

During his career as a Director, Dan has been recognized for delivering both Financial and People results.  He has a proven track recorded of creating a strong culture, developing key leaders, and giving back to the community.  Dan believes HR plays a critical role in any organization and can help take your results to the next level.

HR Coordinator
Nancy is an administrative professional with 20 years’ experience. She is an ambitious, outgoing team player who seeks extensive adventure in everything! Working toward achievement, she is open arms to opportunities that will broaden her horizon. She is willing to lead, eager to learn and is self-motivated.  

Nancy enjoys HR because she is given the chance to create meaningful and lasting relationships. Her passion is to contribute, support, and make a difference.
