Travis Butler, MBA
Travis has had a progressive career in Corporate Finance for 12 years with the bulk of his experience at Johnson and Johnson and Novartis. He supports the financial forecasting and accounting practices for Higher. He has been instrumental in building and executing the Higher strategy.
He received his B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University and his MBA from St. Josephs University where he finished #1 in his class.
Travis is known for his ability to build strong relationships and his deep care for people. He is believer in the incredible cost saving and overall performance impact that strong HR leadership has on any business.
Sr. Dir of Strategy and Operations
Jenn loves learning all she can about everything she can, and happiest when she has an interesting problem to solve. She is a "jack-of-all-trades", serving the Higher team as technical and strategic support on a variety of fronts.
Jenn has worked in many industries, but most recently in the non-profit sector, providing training in leadership principles and cross-cultural awareness to high-school and college-age students, and arranging international service tours for young musicians. She believes that everyone has leadership influence, and she's passionate about helping others learn how to leverage it.
Dan is a business professional with over 20 years of experience in business operations, leadership, and human resources. Dan holds a B.S. in Finance from the Pennsylvania State University, Smeal College of Business Administration and is a registered financial advisor. Dan has a broad background in HR including recruiting strategies, implementing competitive benefit and well-being programs, creating a culture of development and accountability, succession planning and employee relations.
During his career as a Director, Dan has been recognized for delivering both Financial and People results. He has a proven track recorded of creating a strong culture, developing key leaders, and giving back to the community. Dan believes HR plays a critical role in any organization and can help take your results to the next level.
Sr. HR Business Partner
A proud Canadian, living in the Greater Toronto area, Sherry is an experienced Human Resources professional with 18+ years of HR leadership expertise.
Sherry loves HR because she loves working with the people. "HR is constantly changing and developing!! Helping to make a difference with employees and organizations through professional development, training and process improvement is extremely rewarding to me".
Sherry has a diploma in Child and Youth Studies as well as a Human Resource Management graduate certificate from Durham College. She currently volunteers on the Lasswade Christian Cemetery Board of Directors as the Secretary/Treasurer
Sr. HR Business Partner
Aurora is an HR Professional with over 15 years of HR and leadership experience in Retail, Higher Education, Manufacturing, Pharma and many other industries. She holds a B.S. in Applied Psychology from Penn State University and an M.S. in Community Counseling from the University of Scranton.
Aurora loves HR because she combines her HR knowledge and background of working with people to see how one's personal life effects their professional life and vice-versa. She approaches work every day with an employee-first mentality. She enjoys focusing on the "human" part of Human Resources and believes that what a company pours into their employees, they will get back in the form of hard work and a dedicated workforce.
Aurora is the founder and CEO of Give Back Lehigh Valley Inc., a non-profit that focuses on the needs of, and causes important to, the Lehigh Valley community. Since 2013, Give Back LV has raised over $100,000 for various Lehigh Valley causes and non-profits. Aurora also serves in numerous capacities for organizations like The United Way and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation..

Paige has over 7 years of HR experience and holds Professional in HR and SHRM Certified Professional certifications. She graduated from the University of Delaware with degrees in Business Management and Marketing.
Paige loves HR because she loves helping and building relationships with others. She believes that great HR professionals have the amazing opportunity to positively influence leadership, workplace culture, and overall employee engagement. She finds no greater satisfaction than watching others succeed and truly be happy at work.
Paige currently holds a position on the Philly SHRM Board, and she also enjoys volunteering with Special Olympics and serving at her church.
Andy is a lifelong learner who loves people, loves strategic thinking, and loves to coach individuals and teams toward success—with fun laughter and laser-focused intentionality.
Andy has 10+ years of experience with leadership, recruitment, program development, and crisis response—especially within the church context. He holds a master's degree from Duke University, and he has led at multiple churches in 3 different states across various traditions.
After being an HR Director for a year+ and hiring 40+ people, Andy has fallen in love with the art and challenge of multiplying healthy workplace cultures. He is halfway through his master's in counseling, and he is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources - SHRM-SCP.
