Travis Butler, MBAHead of Finance
Travis has had a progressive career in Corporate Finance for 12 years with the bulk of his experience at Johnson and Johnson and Novartis. He supports the financial forecasting and accounting practices for HIHR. He has been instrumental in building and executing the HIHR strategy.
He received his B.S. in Accounting from Penn State University and his MBA from St. Josephs University where he finished #1 in his class. Travis is known for his ability to build strong relationships and his deep care for people. He is believer in the incredible cost saving and overall performance impact that strong HR leadership has on any business. |
Jenn ReinhardtDirector of Strategy and Operations
Jenn loves learning all she can about everything she can, and happiest when she has an interesting problem to solve. She is a "jack-of-all-trades", serving the HIHR team as technical and strategic support on a variety of fronts.
Jenn has worked in many industries, but most recently in the non-profit sector, providing training in leadership principles and cross-cultural awareness to high-school and college-age students, and arranging international service tours for young musicians. She believes that everyone has leadership influence, and she's passionate about helping others learn how to leverage it. |
Michael Richards, MBAHR Director
Michael is an HR professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing HR management goals. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Penn State University and earned his MBA from Wilkes University. Michael has a broad background in various HR functions, including restructuring benefits programs, recruitment strategies, building and re-staffing organizations, standardizing performance management practices and developing other transformational initiatives.
During his career as an HR Executive, Michael has increased GP margins by 10.8% and optimized business efficiency through leading, developing and mentoring highly skilled and dedicated teams for all organizational levels. He has achieved an HR effectiveness rate of 99.8% by envisioning and implementing employee-friendly HR policies and procedures in line with corporate vision. |
Sherry WoodbeckHR Business Partner
Sherry is an experienced Human Resources professional with 15+ years of HR leadership expertise. She most recently worked at Thermo Fisher Scientific as an HR Manager where she contributed to the organization's rapid growth for over 10 years.
Sherry has a diploma in Child and Youth Studies as well as a Human Resource Management graduate certificate from Durham College. She currently volunteers as a Patient and Family Experience Advisor with the Lakeridge Health Hospital Network. |
Aurora BrunovskyHR Business Partner
Aurora is an HR Professional with over 12 years of HR and leadership experience. She holds a B.S. in Applied Psychology from Penn State University and an M.S. in Community Counseling from the University of Scranton.
Aurora loves HR because she can use her HR knowledge and her background of working with people to see how one's personal life effects their professional life and vice-versa. She approaches work everyday with an employee-first mentality. She enjoys focusing on the "human" part of Human Resources and believes that what a company pours into their employees, they will get back from their employees tenfold. Aurora has also served in numerous capacities for organizations like The United Way and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. In 2013, Aurora and her husband founded an annual softball tournament fundraiser which has raised over $40,000 for local non-profit organizations in their community to date. |
Kassie WardHR Generalist
Kassie is supporting HIHR with projects that add to our service offering and increases the value HIHR brings to business. She has her BS in Healthcare Management from Moravian College and is graduating from Moravian with her MS in Human Resources Management May 2020.
Kassie came from a strong commercial background at ADP. She developed a passion for Human Resources is excited to start her HR career with HIHR where she is already making an impact for the businesses HIHR supports. |
Mary EngerHR Coordinator
Mary is a committed HR consultant for HIHR and is also currently a student attending Penn State University. She is pursuing a degree in Labor and Employment Relations with a minor in Dispute Management and Resolution.
Mary is quite new to the industry but is passionate about HR, believing that it plays a crucial role in any business. Mary is on the executive board as the Recruitment Chair for the SHRM student chapter at Penn State, in addition to being active within other student organizations like Penn State Alternative Breaks and Penn State’s THON. She strives to make a positive impact in everything that she is involved. |
